01 Every day

One quest you have to clear. Three you can.

Prop it up. Step back. Rep.

    Set the phone down

Lean it on a wall or a shoe. The camera finds your body in a couple of seconds.

  2. 02

    Do the reps

Full range or it doesn't count. A half push-up gets no credit, and there's nothing to tap between sets.

  3. 03

    Bank the points

Clear the daily quest for rank points and coins. The streak ticks over, and the board refills tomorrow.

03 Rank

Six tiers. Each one costs more than the last.

Skip too many days and your rank decays. Your peak is kept, so a move you unlocked stays unlocked.

04 Off the clock

It nags you so you don't have to.

A lock screen widget shows whether today's quest is done. Reminders fire at the times you pick, and go quiet once you've cleared it.

Questions

Do I need a gym or equipment?

Push-ups and squats need nothing but floor space. Pull-ups and dead hangs need a bar you can hang from, and dips need parallel bars.

Does my camera footage go anywhere?

No. Rep counting runs entirely on your phone, and no video or photo is recorded, uploaded or sent anywhere. Nothing to opt out of, because nothing leaves.

Why do I need an account?

So your rank, streak and training history survive a reinstall or a new phone. You sign in with Google or Apple — no password to create, no email to confirm.

What does the app take from my Google account?

Your name, email address and account identifier — that's all. The name shows on your player profile; the other two identify your save file so you can sign back in. The app never reads your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts, and never posts on your behalf. Full detail in the privacy policy.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from Settings → Actions → Delete Account. Your player record, logged sets and profile photo are erased and your sign-in identity is removed — a real deletion, not a deactivation.

Which exercises can it count?

Push-ups, squats and pull-ups from day one. Dead hangs unlock at Silver and dips at Gold, and the list grows as detection for each new move is proven.
